Walking the Camino de Santiago - a 4 hour workshop where you’ll gain practical advice about preparing to walk the Camino. Share the experiences of Karen Manwaring and Angela Nicolettou who have twice walked the Camino de Santiago. Find out about how to prepare, the terrain, what to pack and when to go, accommodation, food, culture and language.

The History of the Camino, from medieval times to today – a 3 hour workshop on the fascinating history of the Camino de Santiago and the nature of pilgrimage. Explore the historical, religious, political and cultural beginnings of the Way of St James. Be introduced to some of the medieval pilgrims who walked it. Find out how the Camino is breathing life back into the towns and villages of Northern Spain.

Walking Meditation – a 3 hour introductory workshop on walking meditation techniques. Practice walking meditation while learning strategies to calm the mind and focus on body and breath. Take these practices into the ordinary routines of your daily life.

Food of the Camino - the Camino de Santiago is a historic pilgrimage from Basque country to Galician North West Spain. Join Angela Nicolettou at her cooking school 'Angela's Kitchen' for a hands-on class where you will cook recipes featured in Karen Manwarings' book A Slow Walk Across Spain. Then sit down to a Camino meal and glass of Spanish wine where conversation will include 'all things Camino'.
